What does the course look like?
The Journey
The Magnificent Mama Hypnobirthing courses provide a complete antenatal education. Teaching the KGH method, I’ve trained with the only Hypnobirthing teacher training provider accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, so you know you're in good hands. It's taught all over the world and is the choice of medical professionals, midwives, celebrities and us regular (but magnificent) Mama's.

The course is taught over 10-12 hours, split into either 4 shorter sessions or 2 longer sessions. By the end of the course, you will know:
​
- How to release fear, stress and tension and replace them with calm, confidence and positivity
​
- How your body works during labour, the science behind what is happening and what you can do to connect your body and mind to support the miraculous event of birth
​
- The role of your birth partner and how he/she can best support you and also feel connection and enjoyment in the experience
​
- The role midwives and obstetricians and how you can work with these people to achieve the birth you want
​
- The stages of childbirth, what each stage can be like, how to prepare for the expected and unexpected
​
- The KG Hypnobirthing techniques you need to help you have a calm, positive birth
​
Once you've completed the course, you'll be given all of the materials you need to practise at home. I will also be available until after your birth for any questions you might have. Magnificent Mama provides an all-encompassing pregnancy support service for both you AND your birth partner, I am here every step of the way, as and when you need.

Flexible and intimate
With flexible dates and times to fit in with your busy schedule, this One-to-One course is perfect for couples looking to learn in the environment of your choice with dedicated private tuition. There will be plenty of time to ask the questions that you might feel more comfortable asking in the privacy of your own home, with only your birth partner and I listening.
'Extra Magnificence' One-to-One course
With additional magnificent benefits
The 'extra magnificence' course includes everything that the standard One-to-One course does but in addition you will receive a an hour consultation session for help with writing your birth plan and an hour long de-brief session after your birth.
